Voting for the election of the Board of Tura Beach Country Club Ltd will be held in the Clubhouse from: Friday 10th July 2020 closing Tuesday 28th July 2020. Nominations for the 2020 election are placed on the Clubs Notice Board.
Members must have renewed their membership for the 2020/2021 year and produce their current membership card upon request.
Times of Voting:
Monday, Thursday and Friday 4:00pm to 6:00pm
Tuesday and Wednesday 1:00pm to 3:00pm
Saturday 11:30am to 4:00pm
Sunday 3:00pm to 4:00pm
The Returning Officer (or his delegate) will be available during these times to administer the voting.
Members shall place their ballot papers in the ballot box provided at the club and vote in the following way:
Members shall record votes by placing from one (1) to seven (7) crosses against their preferred Directors.
More than seven (7) crosses for Directors will render a vote invalid.
Members unable to attend the club during this period due to medical or health reasons (as per Rule 28(q)(iii)) can apply in writing (or by emailing (email@example.com) to the Returning Officer to receive ballot paper by post. Postal votes, to be accepted, must be received by the Returning Officer before 3:00pm on Tuesday 28th July 2020.
